Our Group Personal Training model provides an experience that members can enjoy, adopt, and impart unto others. It’s a training model that is centered on relationship-building, family, and healthy lifestyle adoption. Primarily, this system is for that individual in need of a professional team & a supportive unit of members to help them push through their fitness challenges, in both virtual & physical environments no matter their fitness level. As long as you are willing to put in the work, you’re guaranteed results.
Our training system runs as a 4-week cycle. At the end of every cycle, we have a 1-week break to allow the members the opportunity to recover and enjoy whatever foods they like in moderation, and to give new persons the opportunity to sign up and join the start of the next 4-week training cycle. Each new person signing up has to undergo an assessment by a lead professional of O’Shane Bryant Fitness and this paves the way for what is a relationship-centered training experience.

When I started my journey with O’Shane Bryant Fitness, I was at 275lbs. I never had a self-confidence issue but I knew that at 275lbs, I wasn’t my best version of myself. I've always tried to lose weight on my own, but it never lasted more than a month. OB Fitness is more than just a run of the mill fitness scheme, because to the founder of this brilliant business, we the clients are family. While training with OB Fitness, I lost a whapping 60lbs, moving from having deep heavy wheezing after 10 mins of walking at 275lbs, to doing hours of laps at 215lbs. If you are really serious about not just losing weight, but living a longer and healthier you, you will have a dedicated team that is eager to take you there.
When I began the program, I weighed 180 lbs. Can you believe that? Yes, it was bad. I was heading down a road whereby I needed to make a strong U-turn. The journey has been far from easy. While I triumphed in particular areas, some fall prey to others. Over time I learned to enjoy the exercises. In fact, I might even say that I look forward to the next challenge as I enjoyed the light competitive nature that the group personal training afforded us. My main achievement throughout this programme was getting fit, as it became very important for me to get fit and become healthier.

I started with OB Fitness in July 2016 mainly because I wanted to lose weight and while I led an active lifestyle I just didn't feel or look healthy.The journey has been a rewarding experience for me.
