2018 has been a year of transformation and growth for O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited.  The team has also had to restructure continuously to keep up with the rapidly changing demands of this entity and the people it exists to serve. Yet again we have to restructure our team, and this time it’s senior management.

Below are the management posts we have created for members of our current team (first) to apply for. They will undergo the interview process on the weekend of October 5-7, 2018. And if successful, will undergo training for the week of October 8-13, 2018. In the event gaps are present between current team and job openings herein, these jobs will become open to the public:

 

Community Burn n Build Manager
-attain & maintain minimum 4 member enrollment at each operating location.
-establish and sustain profitable training locations in:
*Spanish Town
*Mobay
*Mandeville
*Santa Cruz
*Sav La Mar
*Ocho Rios
*Morant Bay
*UWI, Mona
*Emancipation Park
*May Pen Clarendon
Miscellaneous
– Meet or exceed business line targets (Minimum Gross Profit Margin of 50%)
-establish and manage the planning, successful execution, and profitable operations of islandwide Bootcamps.
-attain and sustain minimum 10 person sign up per target bootcamp.
Manage the Community Burn n Build Group: making it attractive for new members to join by enforcing stipulated procedures, and retaining current members.
– Manage team recruitment, hiring, training & development, and performance towards achieving targets in tandem with other required personnel of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited (HR/Senior Management).
-Work in multiple teams with other Managers of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited towards achieving project targets, strategic targets etc
-Have client satisfaction maintained at 90% after every month cycle and bootcamp.
-Have a strong company representative presence on Digital media and events as an influential professional and leader.
-Push marketing material and social sharing and enforce company initiatives with team.
Qualifications
-Minimum First degree
-Fitness certification
-Minimum 3 years working experience in fitness, nutrition or similar capacity
-Excellent Communication Skills across Digital & Physical landscapes; across multiple Communication Channels
-minimum 1 year experience in managerial capacity
-Clean criminal record

Virtual Nutrition Manager
Manage the internal scheduling of clients to work on respective dietary programs and designated professionals.
-Establish & maintain minimum monthly flush & vetox of new members.
-Manage the Flush & Vetox Group: making it attractive for new members to join by enforcing stipulated procedures, and retaining current members.
Minimum Gross Profit Target Monthly: 50%
-Meet or exceed business line targets.
– Manage team recruitment, hiring, training & development, and performance towards achieving targets in tandem with other required personnel of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited (HR/Senior Management).

-Minimum First degree in Nutrition & Dietetics
-Licensed as a Dietician is Ideal
-Minimum 3 years working experience in fitness, nutrition or similar capacity

Marketing, Sales & Communications Manager
-Manages Equipment & Apparel, Social Media & eCommerce, Branding, Communication & Events Team.
Establish and meet minimum financial targets for the following, for the next 6 months:
Apparel & Equipment:
-Manage the ordering and distribution of shirts to members
Minimum Gross Profit Target Monthly: 35%
Major Events in 6 months 
-Successfully Plan and execute 1 Duh Road Event for June 2018, targeting 120 signups.
-Successfully Plan 1 Fit 2D Muzik, 6 weeks islandwide event on Saturdays and/or otherwise for Soca Season 2019. Targeting 30 members per session.
Communication
-Manage and increase weekly readership of OB Fitness Newsletter. Targeting email readership or overall readership to 5000 over the next 6 months.
– Manage social media, website/app, and wattsapp group, SMS, and Website Chat communications.
-Meet or exceed business line targets.
-Manage team recruitment, hiring, training & development, and performance towards achieving targets in tandem with other required personnel of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited (HR/Senior Management).
-Work in multiple teams with other Managers of O’Shane Bryant Fitness Limited towards achieving project targets, strategic targets etc.
Qualifications
-Minimum First degree in Marketing & Sales/Business/Management/Journalism or closely related.
-Minimum 1 year experience in managerial capacity
