The Virtual Nutri Support is an arm of Group Personal Training. This service line assists you towards obtaining the necessary behaviour change that will guide you along your way to better health, fitness, aesthetics and performance. This is done primarily through building awareness of Timely Eating, Macro Nutrient Portion Control, Meal Substitution (at home), Meal Substitution (on the go), tailored to your daily life, Meal-Decision Making Under Stress.
An important feature of this line is having an O’shane Bryant Fitness Nutrition Assistant as your own nutrition partner.

Accountability & empathy towards your expected human hiccups while giving you meal reports while you’re on the journey.
You will be required to take pictures, give text reports, and at times videos when requested, for your nutrition partner to track your progress, advise you, and provide you with applicable solutions given the expected challenges you’ll face.

As is the case of any successful program, you will have to be assessed initially to make it as personalized as is possible. If you’re an active member of OB Fitness GroupPT, you won’t need to do the initial assessment.
After a month/6 weeks, you will be given a general report to assist you towards tracking your progress.
